Studio Alticcio

Writing, tools, objects.

Studio Alticcio is a place that doesn't exist, producing essays about connections that shouldn't exist, maintained by someone who spent his adolescence trying to become interesting by accumulating references to elsewhere.

The name comes from La Horde du Contrevent, a floating city held aloft by wind currents. Cultural essays first, then tools, eventually objects.

Essays on what connects John Frusciante to Dante, Hermès to Schuiten, and the ghost of parchment haunting every .docx.
